3DGR Engineering, Inc. was formed in 2006 to provide the following services:
- Engineering design and installation of VOC capture systems.
- Engineering design and installation of Permenant Total Enclosures (PTE) to meet or exceed the EPA method 204.
- Project management and installation of VOC control equipment.
- Project management and mechanical installation of process equipment lines.
We have extensive process knowledge in the following industries:
- Heat set web offset.
- Window film.
- Bakery.
- Coating lines.
- Membrane casting.
- Converting.
- Preimpregnation.
- Flexographic printing.
- EPS (foam)
- Can manufacturing.
- Styrene (fiberglass).
- Energy companies.
This process knowledge allows us to design and install a customized solution for every customer. Our design goal is to minimize capital and operating costs as well as maximize process efficiency. Balancing all three provides the best overall value to our customers. Our installations are typically performed around our customers schedule to minimize disruptions to productivity.
Engineering services
We provide the following mechanical engineering design services:
- Field testing of air flow, static pressure, duct systems and equipment inspection.
- Engineering design of VOC capture systems including permenant total enclosures (PTE), point source capture devices, and duct work design and specifications.
- Project management for equipment or entire process line installations.
Installation services
With a highly trained crew of installation experts with over 50 years combined experience, 3DGR Engineering, Inc. has positioned itself to become the leader in installing VOC control equipment (thermal, catalytic, and regenerative oxidizers and concentrators), process equipment (dryers, coating lines, etc.) and collection systems.
Safety is paramount at 3DGR Engineering, Inc. Each employee is trained in material handling equipment (forklift, scizzorslift, cranes, etc.) operation, confined space entry procedures, lock out/tag out procedures, and a host of other safety related procedures. Weekly safety meetings and periodic jobsite inspections ensure the highest level of safety.
